EXPANSION METHODS

• % Property: In this strategy we are looking for hotels where we put one % of the capital and enter as the managing company of it.

• Management Contract: in this strategy we sign a management contract with the Hotel.

    - Fee GOP
    The management contract have the duration of  10 years, revisable after a period of minimum 5 years
• Property: This is the last method of expansion, where we buy a land and build our own hotels like we are currently doing in Vinh Thanh (Hue)
